Hi all,
Happy Thanksgiving!
I was able to have two Thanksgiving dinners this weekend; one with Michael’s family and one with my family, and it is safe to say that I am stuffed!
On this day, I like to take time to think back on my year so far and think of things that I am grateful for. Also, below are details of what I wore this past weekend; my favourite casual dress ever!
As always, I am extremely grateful for my amazing boyfriend Michael, who is the most patient, caring and supportive man I could ever ask for. I’m so thankful that we are able to travel as much as we do and get to see the world together.
I’m thankful for my mom and family, who support me in everything I do, and encourage me to do what I think is best for me, regardless of what this is.
Lastly, I’m thankful for the self-reflection I was able to do this year. I feel like after being lost for so long in terms of what to do for school, I was able narrow down my choices and close doors that I knew were not going to lead me to where I think I should be. I’m not one hundred percent sure yet of where that place is, but I’m getting closer!
Now onto the dress.
When we were in New York this past Labour Day, I bought this amazing dress at Express (everything is buy one get one free right now!). I had been looking for the perfect fall dress but had so much trouble finding one.
The ruching on the body hides everything you don’t want to show- especially after eating a hearty Thanksgiving meal!
Thanks for reading and have a great week!
